CLASSES

We are your home for spin + strength! 30 min of each, everything you need in 1 hour! We have a variety of other classes, some combos, some not. Take a look —>

  • spin + strength - 30 minutes of cycling PLUS 30 minutes of strength training. We begin on the bike beat based, high intensity interval training set to a rocking playlist. All of our instructors have their own unique style (like in life), but you are sure to get off the bike feeling 90% better than when you walked into class. Then we head over to the strength floor for some strength training! We alternate between HIIT, endurance, slower strength & foundational training. Everyday and every workout is different and lights up the body in a different way. You get spin PLUS strength in 1 hour PLUS some extra feel good vibes! New to spin or strength? No problem, all of our classes are beginner friendly! Some of our music may be explicit, so come prepared for anything!

  • SPIN - 45 min for yourself, on a bike, you can close your eyes, cry, dance, hit a personal record, race your neighbor, you name it. This class is beat based, high intensity interval training set to a rocking playlist. All of our instructors have their own unique style (like in life), but you are sure to get off the bike feeling 90% better than when you walked into class. New to spin? No problem, all of our classes are beginner friendly! Some of our music may be explicit, so come prepared for anything!

  • spin + stretch - This class is special or think of it as a weekly treat for yourself. 30 minutes on the bike warming up your body in our favorite way (to a bumping playlist, intervals, heavy hills), so you can completely release with 30 minutes of yin yoga inspired stretching. Slower paced, longer holds, more breath, less worries. Walk away feeling like you got it all (a great sweat session followed by the recovery your body & mind need). You're welcome :) New to spin or stretch? No problem, all of our classes are beginner friendly! Some of our music may be explicit, so come prepared for anything!

  • SCULPT - Feel the burn, see changes in your body & end your day with friends! This 45 min class mixes strength training, mostly lighter weights, some dance & yoga inspiration to feel that burn. We will begin with a cardio warm-up (off the bike) followed by smaller movements & repetition focusing on an area of the body, to ensure you feel it tomorrow! And of course class is always set to a bumping playlist. **No cycling in this class! Let's take a break from the bike and work on those little bits!

  • TRX circuit - This class combines TRX PLUS other equipment like balls, boxes, bands, etc! What is TRX!? Well, it stands for Total Resistance Exercise. What does this mean? We use TRX suspension trainers, which hang from the ceiling, so we can use our body weight to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core & more! Nothing gets the little bits sore like TRX! Every circuit class is different, but you can expect a full-body workout. We will go through stations allowing you to mix up your equipment. Promise just because this class doesn't have the bike, it's still a great workout!

  • STRONG - Aiming at a specific group of muscles each time, this 45 minute class really gives you the chance to strengthen and sweat. We use a combination of body weight and dumbbells to target legs, arms, core, and more! This class is only held on Saturdays and is taught by a different trainer each time!

  • Themed Classes - Keep an eye out for our themed classes! Every month, each instructor chooses a specific theme for their class. Sometimes it’s a specific artist or genre or decade! These rides can also be extra explicit :) These rides fill up fast.. reserve your spot!
